Our company works on tariffs in USD. Prices for hotels, air tickets and transport services are NET.
  • Hotels: the price is per room per night.
  • Transport services: depending on the type of transportation and the number of people, the price may be per person or per car/minibus. All prices indicate the maximum number of people in one car.
  • Excursions: the price is per person
If there are children in the application, please be sure to indicate their age. The price varies depending on the age and type of accommodation. According to the rules of hotels, in 99% of cases, children are considered children UNDER 12 years old. Toddlers aged 0 to 2 years old are considered infants and are accommodated and eat free of charge.

Answer and confirmation

As a rule, it takes an average of 15-20 minutes to 24 hours to process the application, contact the hotel, receive the necessary information or receive written confirmation from the hotel. As soon as all the services you requested are booked, the manager sends a letter to your email address with a list of all confirmed services. If within 24 hours from the moment of sending the application or request, you have not received any response from the manager, you need to inform the management of our company about this at the following address:

For our part, we always try to minimize the expectation of partners, and use all possible means to reduce the time to process the application and obtain the expected result as soon as possible.

An invoice for payment

Within two to three days from the date of receipt of written confirmation, the manager is obliged to send an invoice for payment to your email address. If the application is urgent or you want to receive an invoice earlier, please contact your manager.
The invoice is a 100% confirmation that the entire list of services indicated in it has been confirmed and booked.

Bill payment

All payments must be made by bank transfer to our company account.
Each invoice that managers send to your email address contains the following information: full name of the company, address and contact phone numbers, fax, email address, bank details, list of booked services, the total amount on the invoice, terms and date of payment.
Due date - indicates the day when 100% payment of the amount indicated in the invoice should be received in the account of our company. If the payment has not been received on our account within the specified period, and we have not received any letter from you requesting a deferred payment, the manager has the right to immediately cancel your booking, in order to avoid penalties from the hotel.
Depending on the level of the hotel, season, and type of booking, the terms and conditions of payment change. In this regard, we kindly ask you to pay special attention to the date of payment.

Where to get a voucher

Our written confirmation and invoice for payment are 100% confirmation that the entire list of services requested by you is booked and confirmed.
Since we work with hotels on a prepaid basis, you do not need our voucher. As a sending company, you can draw up the relevant documents on your company's letterhead and indicate all our contacts.
If tourists prefer to have a voucher from our company, please send a request and we will send it to your email address.


To pay an invoice, please fill out the forms below. After filling, you will be redirected to the Kasikorn Bank Thailand payment gateway to enter the following information about your card: card number, cardholder's first and last name, card expiration date, security code (CVV2/CVC2).

Please prepare your bank card in advance. The connection with the payment gateway is carried out via a secure communication channel using the SSL encryption protocol. Further, the information is transmitted through highly secure banking networks, which excludes the possibility of its compromise. Exotic Voyage Co Ltd. does not transfer, receive, store or process your plastic card data.
Please note: when paying by credit card, a 4% banking fee will be added to the total amount of the invoice.
